With over 10 years of experience, Chef Giselle has worked with a wide range of ingredients and techniques. In recent years, she discovered her true calling in creating elevated grazing tables. For her, the quality of the food should always be reflected in its presentation, and she believes that putting delicious food on a beautifully curated table enhances the entire dining experience.
